I am used to playing songs by clicking Music%26gt;Songs which can show me all the songs I have in my iPod. However, podcast items such as news items are shown. I don't like to listen to the news while I'm jogging. How to hide the podcast items when I play the entire songs in my player? In itunes, podcast items don't show in the music list but why they shows in my iPod?

I know what you mean. I've been researching but can't find the answer. I suggest to apple- are you listening?- that they provide this simple solution: In itunes when I click on party shuffle, there is an option 'source' if we could excluded podcasts here that would solve the problem. OR if I could select multiple playlists in this section, that would work too. It is obviously something that they need to fix.

Perhaps you could select a playlist that provides the music to shuffle? Hope we find an answer.

I GOT IT: Even though podcasts show in the music list, podcasts should be skipped when shuffled- by default. You can check this by opening iTunes, click on podcasts. Each podcast show starts with a header line (with a little triangle next to it, that you click on to expand the list). Right click on this header line (to apply to all shows in the list OR you can do each show individually) click on get info; set 'skip when shuffling'. YAHOO!!

Why not just move it instead of hiding it? That's what I do.

Reply:Use the same code as hiding a song, and it will hide all flash-type players and such, videos included.
Reply:Instead of playing with the codes and putting in new lines the easiest way is to go to the part that say width and height. Those number are lie lik 600 and 250 or something like that change them to height 1 and width 1. technically its not hidden but its so small no1 can see it. Doing takes away the risk of adding other codes that will clash with you layout or anything else on your page.

But Imeem still works on your page? my player stopped working over the weekend. I know they banned if for a little while then brought it back but I don't know what happened. Mine stopped working again

then, at the very end of the blue navigation bar, you know, with basic info, background, etc, there will be a link that says music %26amp; video players.

click on that.

once you're there, it should say somwhere "allow my profile song to play automatically" or something like that. make sure that box is checked, and if it says something like "DO NOT allow my music player to start automatically", make sure that box is NOT checked!

if your music settings are already set to play your song automatically, then im really sorry, but i dont know what the problem could be. if you've tried multiple codes, then maybe it's another code in your profile that's screwing it up! but i can't imagine why that would have any effect on your music player!

all you need to do is just copy that persons friend ID and then go to someone else's myspace who doesnt have their song hidden and then on their profile just click "view users song history" or w/e it says and then another page will come up and then replace that persons friend ID with the persons myspace with the song thats hidden.

heres a bit of an interview between heap and a reporter;

But I’m asking the question because I figured a lot of people might wonder what the lyrics to Hide and Seek are about?

Well, I’m not going to tell you exactly what it’s about, because I think that part of the reason why it is not so obvious is sometimes it’s good to have those songs that really mean something very dear to you, but maybe you don’t want to speak about it to the rest of the world. But, with that one, I wrote it so quickly, the lyrics I probably wrote in about 20 minutes, which is unheard of. But I like to be clever with words and I like to make them like a puzzle, I like the words to sound interesting in the mouth and create patterns within themselves. So with that one, it just literally came out of nowhere and I found myself getting really passionate about it and it just poured out of me. There was something in my life that obviously needed to be said.

I really wouldn't suggest You've got a friend in me. Its a nice song but kind of sad. How about Mariah Carey's Anytime you Need a Friend? It's still slow but a little more upbeat.

One of my friend's came in to a song similar to Vanilla Ice.. the just went and sat down, so it was short lived.. I think it was played later in the night as well. They had the couple's toasts, then the first dance, group dance and then all the other traditional dances.. then dinner.

I still say do it the way you want. If you really want Vanilla Ice, go with that.. if not (and you said 80s) look at some New Kids on the Block or some old school Madonna.

Yep. When you see the code to embed a video, you copy it into a field on myspace. If you see another code to embed another video, go to that field, make sure the cursor is at the end of the field, not selecting the whole field, and paste. Viola! Two videos. Repeat for 3 or more vids!

Listen to the lyrics and maybe you might find out the name of the song. That's what I do when their myspace player is hidden. And it works.

Type in I love him so much lyrics

And you should be able to find something.

Or just politely ask the person what the song is =]

uncheck them! You will still see them but they won't play.

Throw them all into a folder.

or my 13 year old son just said that you can delete them from your playlist but opt to keep the files , not move them to the trash. iTunes 7.0.2

If you want to get rid of something on ur myspace like say a pic of something then just go to ur homepage, and by ur display pic there will be an option to "edit profile." CLICK ON IT and there will be all ur details to ur profile.... The code that you pasted on ur profile for the pic will be in one of those boxes..... just erase it and there you go!!! NO MORE!!! TA-DA!

it probably has some sort of definition. but i think the fact that its a bit random and all over the place makes it absolutely beautiful. I believe that its uniqueness is what defines it more than anything else.

Reply:You can simply go in to the Home page as usual, click edit profile, then go to the music tab with the video and music settings. There is a simple checkbox there for hiding your music player. You can also change the skin there if you ever wanted to display it.
